Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a one-time order. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscription Policy

When you select a subscription at checkout, you are agreeing to recurring automatic billing at the chosen interval until you change it or cancel the subscription. Subscription pricing reflects a discount applied to both your first and all future orders in exchange for your recurring commitment.

Billing & Payments

Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Our standard billing cycle is monthly. To change your billing frequency, contact us at  trylumex@gmail.com.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first billing cycle has been completed. Cancellations requested before the first renewal will not be accepted, as the discounted initial pricing is contingent on at least one full billing cycle. To cancel, email  trylumex@gmail.com.

Important

By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you understand you are enrolling in automatic recurring billing. Refunds will not be issued for charges on the initial subscription billing cycle.
