Important Notice for Subscription Orders
All subscription orders are fully refundable other than the initial subscription billing cycle order. By selecting a subscription, you agree to recurring automatic billing and acknowledge that the discounted pricing on your first and all recurring orders is contingent on completing at least one subscription billing cycle. Refund requests for the initial subscription order will not be accepted, as outlined in our subscription policy. However, you can cancel your subscription or change the frequency at any time by contacting our customer support team: trylumex@gmail.com. For all subsequent subscription orders, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Please review our full Subscription Policy for more details.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at trylumex@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it once accepted and place a new separate order. Send confirmation of the new order to proceed with the exchange.
European Union
EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unopened and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at trylumex@gmail.com.
